Not sure who does the hiring but thy MUST be desperate. Customer service over the phone was rude & needs attitude adjustment.

Came this past Saturday and I believe her name is akira (sorry if I spelt that wrong) but she had on the holiday accessories. Omg! Literally the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Definitely felt greeted as if I was walking into a family house. The energy was amazing and I just appreciate good customer service when I come across it.

I was at this downtown location on Monday n place a order for half meatballs n turkey sub n the young African American lady was sneezing didn't have on a mask etc or hair net nor the other young man that prepared the food I still think it should be implemented n very unsanitary for the public to do without

1st girl making the sandwiches had the ugly face like she didn't want to work. If you work in public be friendly. 2nd the cashier tried and I hate to say, but in reality they tried to scam me. I paid w. My debit and said approved the 1st time. She called me back 2 minutes later and Said it didn't go through made me insert my card again, my bank notified me that I was charged 2x. I called and the lady guaranteed me it was pending and I'll get my money back by tonight, made up a whole story how their employee card didnt go through when the 2nd time she made me insert she didnt swipe SH%T ha! 2 minutes later my money was returned. Complete joke I know they tried to charge my stuff 2x. BEWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK CAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST this is downtown and have alot of foot traffic they find it easy to over charge and think they can get away with it.

I order from here twice a month at least, the past 3 times ive asked for EXTRA toppings like tomatoes and lettuce, end up receiving NONE of the toppings. I even wrote in the NOTES portion of the app - EXTRA TOMATOES EXTRA TOMATOES Did I receive any tomatoes? None at all. Starting to lose interest in this location - attention to detail is being lost

I'm never coming back here. The two black females that was working when I came in were just completely rude and arrogant. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes for service, mind you nobody was ahead of me and I acted as if I wasn't there. F-ck this location. Go elsewhere for good service.
