Potbelly

I have usually had a pretty good experience at Potbelly. This particular visit I had found some plastic baked into my sandwich which really freaked me out. They said it was from the ham packaging. I returned it and they made another and offered me a free drink for my troubles which I declined because I felt like I should have been offered something other than just a fountain drink. I don't think I will be returning. Anyway, make sure you are checking over your food guys!

Good food, good service, good prices. Got the Italian loaded with all the sides, excellent.

I have to say worst service at a sandwich shop I've ever had on 1-7-24 @ 1:00 pm and brought my family for lunch and the sandwiches were not made how we orded it and not sure how that happened cause you order down a line but what made it worse was the sandwich maker in a blue bandana was rude and giving dirty looks for no reason and had a beard and was not wearing a net over his beard. And the whole time we ate there he was he kept staring me down like I did something wrong wish I could take my tip back. Would think three times before returning.

I found this potbelly and it taste as good as I can remember. It was amazing.

Standing in the store right now. 2 decent size catering orders got mixed up and now both parties are at least 30 minutes late to their engagements. Stores answer was to spend 15 minutes trying to call the person who took the wrong order rather than just make it right. It’s a shame, I love potbelly’s and won’t give up on them as a whole, but I will not be visiting this location again

Staff is impatient and rude. Apparently you can’t take your time at the speaker even being the only car in the drive thru. Employee audibly said “Jesus Christ” through the speaker when I didn’t answer in 2 seconds. Spoke to the general manager and she was apologetic but only offered to “coach” the employee. Recommend not wasting your time here.

I had the Mediterranean skinny. They didn’t remove the bread from the skinny, and I had virtually no chicken. Also, the noise in the restaurant is crazy, couldn’t even hear ourselves think.

They have really good sandwiches. Excellent bacon. Tasty cookies. The service here is consistently good as well.

My first time here, my coworker has been and loves the food, so we went for lunch today. She had a coupon since the last few times she has been they have messed up her order, wrong soup, sandwich missing something, etc. Today we were charged incorrectly and had to go back in and ask for the receipt because the amount just seemed wrong. They fixed the mistake thankfully since we were charged almost double. Get back to work and open our sandwiches and they are both made incorrectly as the add on's were either missing entirely or wrong. Also, the menu says the bacon on the BLTA is applewood smoked bacon, well it sure does look and taste like peppered bacon, not to mention i paid and extra $3.99 for double bacon to get a total of 4 bacon strips on my BLTA! Not sure I'll be back since this is clearly an ongoing issue.
