Friendly service is standard and orders always correct

At 8:00 we ordered food and couldn't eat inside the restaurant because they had already packed up the whole restaurant and wouldn't let us put down the chairs even though it didn't close for another hour. I went back in the restaurant to go uses the bathroom and asked for toilet paper and the worker completely ignored me after I asked multiple times. The food was very average and overall was a ad experience.

I ate here on 9/15/23. I ordered at 9:30pm and wanted to kill a little time on my way to the airport to pick up some friends. When my wife and I sat down to eat we were told that the dining room was closed. The hours on the door said 10am-10pm. There were no separate hours posted for the dining room. Further, my wife worked for potbelly for some time and knew that not to be true. No need to make a scene though. So, we just ate outside. The food was great. The employee wasn't rude but they definitely lied to us. So, I can't leave 5 stars.

A complete scam.. I have had several issues with this place as they do not add enough of anything on their sandwich. Today I complained (again) and they added more "meat" This photo is on the 1/2 of the large wreck

The employees on the line are short of hearing so they didn't get the entire order and definitely short of personality because they ALL looked and "worked" like they did not want to be there. Got home everything was so poorly put (more like thrown) together, but at $26 for 2 sandwiches and a milkshake...we ate our disappointment.

Gentlemen was fixing my sandwich and literally scratched his nose. Once I told the manger Jackson (who by the way had an attitude) because I no longer wanted the sandwich. Sadly he kept making other sandwiches with the same gloves (disgusting).

Potbelly continues to offer the best subs in the area, quickly and inexpensively, and in a charming atmosphere. Subway ought to be ashamed by comparison.
