Our love affair with fine food prepared in the coal fired oven began over 20 years ago on a visit to the beautiful city of Portofino, Italy. It was there that our family learned the simple, time-tested recipes of the freshest ingredients fired in a coal oven. It was the inspiration for many wonderful recipes to follow and now it is the inspiration for Portofino Coal Fired Pizza.
