    • Claar Cellars Chardonnay (Unoaked)

      Optimal harvest timing provides a classic varietal base of freshly cut apples and a tangy, lemon-citrus edge for the making of this stylish Chardonnay. The cool fermentation preserved the lively fruit and mineral aroma. The end result is a wine with aroma notes of light toast, biscuit and truffle harmonized with the aforementioned fruit. The acidity is perfectly balanced with the alcohol making this a soft yet lively taste experience.

    • Amity Vineyards Pinot Blanc

      Amity Vineyards is a small family-owned winery in Yamhill County, established in 1976, is 45 miles SW of Portland, Pinot Blanc is often regarded as Chardonnay's understudy; like Chardonnay it produces a similar medium to full-bodied style of wine with good acidity. The 2011 Amity is a dry, crisp unoaked white perfectly suited to a variety of different foods.

      Our "Fiesta" Tempranillo is a fruit forward, early drinking wine made from 100% estate grapes. Careful farming of specific cultivars in West Slope and similar soils enables us to craft this less tannic, high expression wine. Ageing of these fruity lots for 17 months in barrel produced this delicious upon release "fun" Tempranillo.

      My human calls me Pinot. I got my name in the vineyard when I was 3 months old, running up anddown the rows chasing after birds. I was having a grand time until a machete brought my fun to an end and cut my nose wide open. 7 stitches and a plastic cone later, I become Pinot the wine dog, as the incident occurred under the Pinot noir vines. Since then we have moved on to other wines (without any machetes involved!), such as this lovely, fragrant and slightly sweet wine made from local Columbia Gorge raspberriesI hope you enjoy it with a delicious meal, family or evenyour dog (hint, hint).     • Guava Wine - Tropical Wine

      Kuawa (guava) are cultivated in many tropical and subtropical countries. The organic guava fruit we use from Kauai are deep pink in color. Being rich in vitamins A and C, and high levels of dietary fiber, guavas are regarded as one of the "super fruits." Our Guava Hou tropical guava wine has a refreshing aroma and flavor. It is a proprietary blend of guava wine and white wine, the only guava white wine blend on the market to feature Oregon Pinot gris, adding honeysuckle, pear and apricot notes to wonderful fragrant guava nose. It is our second sweetest (sec) tropical wine, after our Mango Wine.

      Our pineapple wine, Hala kahiki (pineapple in Hawaiian) is a golden yellow color and has a rich, dry, natural juicy flavor with a smoky nose. The fruit comes from the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Pineapple is known to naturally suppress inflammation, aid digestion and help dissolve blood clots. It has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, as it is high in vitamin C. Our pure, 100% pineapple tropical wine, Pineapple Makani, carries the original fruit color and flavor forward like a breeze into the wine. It is our second driest (extra-sec) wine, after the Luana Liliko'i. Extremely food-friendly, it pairs wonderfully with almost any dish.

Our Mango Kai tropical mango wine features organic fruit from Kauai, Hawaii. Like our guava wine and passion fruit wine blends, it is a proprietary combination of mango wine and ultra-premium Oregon Pinot gris. For those wine drinkers with a sweet tooth, our Mango Kai has the highest residual sugar (demi-sec) of our tropical wines, pairing well with saltier dishes such as Kalua pork or a stand-alone after dinner drink. Our passion fruit wine, Luana Lilikoi, is a proprietary blend of ultra-premium Oregon Pinot gris and passion fruit wine from Kauai, Hawaii, unique to Island Mana Wines. It is our driest (brut) tropical wine, pairing well with almost any tropical meal, adding a special twist to fish, chicken or pork.
