If you're in NOLA, give it a go. It's a great place with a simple menu. Yes, there are better burgers around, but this place is a must try for its ambiance, staff, decor, and history. Parking is horrible unless you want to pay, but so is all parking in the area.
The food was very disappointing, both the burger and the baked potato. Not sure if this is one of those places that used to be good and now that it's made a name for itself it can get away with being poor quality, but it's definitely not worth waiting in line for now.
Been wanting a steak for awhile. Got the ribeye with baked potato and salad I love the char on the steak wish they used a good seasoned butter instead of giving steak sauce. The warm bread and butter was really nice and delicious. My husband got the monsoon and I got a huma huma (I think that was the name) kids got the burgers.
I never miss Port of Call when I’m in Nola. Does not disappoint.
After taking 20 dollar uber from the CBD to get a Monsoon I was refused service by three blind bartenders. Thanks for nothing, morons!
Food is always great, but service has been getting worse. Maybe the bartenders shouldn't actively ignore people, then cop an attitude.
Very nice place off of the French Quarter. Enjoyed my time away from the hustle and bustle of Mardi Gras. Drinks are and the food is good.
