Don't go through the drive-thru if you want your order done correctly. Three times I've gone through, requested the 3pc #5 (tenders), and all three times I get 3pc "signature chicken" (breast, wing and leg). I even have them repeat the order to me and I still get the wrong box. And would it hurt them to look at the customer as they hand you your change or card back? So rude. The food is good, it's just the service that's bad. The Popeyes at 4th & Vineyard has better service.

This is the worst drive thru situation Ive ever been through. This location is attached to 2 other drive thrus and it creates confusion and traffic in the line and the lot. To top it off, the people working were quite rude, but it could just be the time of day.(?)

Yesterday afternoon I placed an order. When I walked in there was a table that stood out, someone who ate there failed to put their trash away tabled was really trashed and looked disgusting. Floors and others tables were not clean. I placed my order got it about 10 minutes later my chicken was cold and my coleslaw was spoiled gross. I did ask for a different side they apologized and gave me something else. I got home about 30 minutes later had stomach issues if you know what I mean and pain. I am sure it was the food. I will not be returning to this location 😒

Went there tonight to get some chicken. I specifically ordered a 4 pc. meal with a breast piece. The girl at the register repeated my order and looked at me funny when she did. I was told there was a wait that they just dropped the chicken. This didn't raise a red flag until after I got home. They didn't put a breast piece in my order because they already dropped the chicken. They purposely gave me whatever was in the batch. It was close to closing so I know they wouldn't cook one breast piece for me. The girl was emotionless at the register when she took my order. Just a very bad vibe. I stopped going there about 2 years ago because service was going downhill. I told my wife that's our last visit to Popeyes. Hot 🗑.

10:00 and I'm the second one in the drive through and I waited more than 10 minutes to order. There was two different people taking the order too.

It’s 08-09-24 at 9:20pm, just in case the owners or management of this place care at all, they know who was working tonight. This place is a joke!!! Every time I have come and order food thru their “fast food” drive thru they always have me wait for 10-15 minutes parked outside. 2 of those times my order was completely wrong. One of the times the guy at the drive thru told me my order was going to take about 20 minutes because they already turned off their machines because they didn’t expect anyone to come anymore??Mind you I got there 40 minutes before closing time, so I had to wait for their machines to heat up I guess. Now this last time, (and it’s the last time I come to this location at least) I waited at the drive thru for someone to talk to me, his tone of voice was already rude, and midway down ordering he just stops talking and I’m like hello??? For like 5 times until a woman replies yes?!? I’m like what do you mean yes??? I was ordering!!!! Then she’s like ok keep ordering then??? Such a bad customer service!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Popeyes need to re-think about their customer service, cause it’s trash!!

This is like the third time I come to the drive-through and wait for five minutes and no one ever comes to take the order. Just close down the restaurant. there’s no point of having it open , based on these reviews, everyone has the same experience

I Ordered the 14 piece family dinner. Paid for it and when I get home there are only 10 pieces. This was infuriating, I now have less food for my family that was paid for.

Their staff was slow, they told me to wait 7 minutes for the apple pie and I waited 30 minutes...and your staff was even ruder, using bad words in front of kids

Night shift ladys are mean

Within 3 hours of eating their fried Chicken I was up all night with violent diarrhea and throwing up. I didn't eat anything else other than this for dinner. I'm just saying my opinion

Something crazy has happened to this store. The food was so bad I had to throw it away. Chicken has a different batter with no seasoning, Mashed potatoes had what looked like water for the gravy and the red beans and rice also had zero seasoning. Not sure what’s going on but I’m assuming the owner is up to no good. I saw two people returning their food at the same time in front of my order and I thought they were being Karen’s until I tried it.

Popeyes never disappoints, especially with their chicken sandwich. The crispy, flavorful chicken is perfectly complemented by a soft, buttery bun and tangy pickles. I was there today. And I picked spicy chickens and wing. When I arrived home, the chickens are still warm and delicious. The pieces are big too.
