I don't know why the employees here are never in a relatively friendly mood I get it no one likes working fast food but man i have ate here and dashed here as well and never received any good customer service and it reflects on the food as well it's eh very little effort into making the customer satisfied sad that it's the closest Popeyes near me
Today I went through the drive Thru and the young man working the window had great customer service and extremely nice. But the manager(young lady with dreads) walks up to the window and was yelling at him how she didn't take her break on time and that she had to modify her time slot. He handed me one drink I grabbed that drink and turned around she was holding another drink with a attitude. She continued to complain and yell at him as she made my order. I took my order and drove home. When I was home I found out my whole order was messed up. She didn't give me fries and gave me two straps short. I drove back and informed them. The young man apologized and said he would make it right. He informed her because she was the manager and she had a completed attitude. She remade only 5 of my strips and handed it to another employee. I informed them again that they forgot my fries and she says they should be in the box which they weren't. So the young man again left the drive thru window to get my fries as she sat there with a attitude. She is a terrible manager and leader you can sense the tension in the restaurant because of her. She needs to quit asap. I will never come this again I will drive a little further for better food and customer service
Food was good, service was not, prices are pretty high. Not sure what it is about Popeyes, but most of them I have been to have employees that are just not friendly. How about a hello and smile when you come in or maybe they could at least be at the register ready to take an order. I love the crunch on the chicken, I just wish the service could be as good.
My order was hot. The manager, June, motivated her team praised them great bunch

This Popeyes is terrible. I literally came here and order a 5 piece tender combo with sweet heat sauce. I received no sauce with my tenders and the box contained literally 10 individual French stale fries in the box! Also one of my “pieces of chicken” is the tiniest scrap of gristle I have ever seen!!! I paid over $25 dollars for this meal and there was barely any food and they messed up the order on top of it!! Outrageous!! I will never be going here again. I’m willing to accept some price gouging, chicken can be expensive. But if I pay this much money give me what I ordered at the very least!!!
My sister and I went to Popeye's had a taste for chichen. We went inside everything acted as though we were there. Did not acknowledge us and kept working.

This place is horrible the staff was so rude to me while I was there after I had bought chicken from there the night before which was really bad I went there the next day to let them know that they served me bad chicken. They act like they didn’t care at all and the manager wouldn’t even come up to speak to me she allowed her workers to take over the issue. Temecula Parkway is the worst Popeyes by far. Make sure your chicken is fresh before you leave the restaurant.

Quite honestly I can’t rate the restaurant other than the drive thru employees that I dealt with weren’t exactly kind in explaining that they don’t honor nationally advertised pricing because this location is a franchise that chooses to charge 25% higher than national advertising nor do they substantiate the inflated pricing for their consumers.
The manager I spoke to was kind and referred me to the franchise corporate office.
I decided to reach out to Popeye’s corporate because 25% above what is nationally recognized is exorbitant and unreasonable as well as may not be allowed by the franchise agreement.
Too bad, but thankfully Stater Brothers & KFC has deals that can’t be beat.
No food and it was 20 mins before they close, pretttttty whack if you ask me. Waste of time. Crazy from a big name restaurant.
The food is good, the service is horrible. The manager has a deplorable attitude, is despotic, and rude. She doesn't know how to treat customers.
The crew is sometimes in a rush and lacks customer service. They also forget to put honey and butter when I order with biscuits. If they don't normally put it, they should just ask if I need sauce or something else at the window to avoid this situation. I know I can always ask but I feel like this should be part of the procedure. Food is always good here though.
