Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Chicken was tasty, but WAY too expensive, especially as they did not have a full selection. I ordered a Two Piece "a la carte" (just chicken) and asked for White Meat. The server informed me they didn't have any White Meat, just breasts (I wonder what she thought White Meat is) and also thighs. So I said a breast would be fine, but when I asked for a wing or a drumstick to go with it, she again said they had no White Meat, so I had to settle for Breast and a Thigh. Ok, so the two pieces, which came with two biscuits, and a small Coke came to $12 and change. Tasty, but too much money. I could have gone to my favorite expensive Diner, got more food, and paid the same thing. Popeyes should have said, "I yam what I yam, but you're now in a jam." Money Trap, that is.

Don't go to Chicago cken fast food the often haven't been to Popeyes in awhile. Last time my experience wasn't all that great. The biscuit was fresh this time and not hard as a rock. The service has improved from what I can tell. The chicken was great better than last time which seen to have been sitting under the heater from days. The gravy for the mashed potatoes was warm and peppery. Better experience don't recommend popcorn shrimp.

Got a strawberry lemonade and you can tell the machine was cleaned it tasted fermented. Been calling for a while and the line has been busy!

Need the dispensers for the specialty beverages examined and properly cleaned and sanitized. I ordered a cranberry apple juice with lemonade and it tasted almost like wine..like fermented. Ensure staff is following sOP regarding beverage dispensers tubing and machinery is up to code

If you go to the one 3 miles up the road the prices are much cheaper. 3 pcs tenders 13 49 at this one 6.00 Corp sale price at the new one. This one also needs someone to sweep the parking lot.

The chicken I got was really tasty, however I got a sprite and it was completely unflavored, just plain carbonated water.

The chicken strips were way over salted. The service was excellent

Ordered from DoorDash and our soda tasted nasty, like it had went through the wrong soda spout. Literally tasted like chemicals. We ordered a 3 tender piece meal that came with the tiniest itty bitty pieces and they literally weren’t even tender pieces. Half the pieces are just breading w no actual substance of chicken in them. This whole meal was so disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE! If you do, that’s your own mistake. Like really don’t waste your money. I can’t even express how terribly they messed up.

Food was great nice hot and fresh but seems like every time I go in there there's always someone sleeping laying across the bench it's a restaurant not hotel looks really trashy

The manager shannon should get a raise. Customer service was stellar and he rectified an issue professionally w/utmost integrity

I absolutely adore Popeyes. I usually get a delivery for my home, but occasionally I’ll stop there after a long shift and their food brightens my day. I went there earlier to pick up my first mobile order through their app and it was an amazing experience. They were very nice to me. I had an issue where when I substituted my free reward for their fries, it put the order through with it being an apple pie, and when I let them know, they fixed it right up for me. I couldn’t have been more happier today with the food that I got from them. The biscuit was delicious, the sweet tea was amazing, and boy do I love that Mardi Gras mustard. It’s the best sauce in my opinion, it just tastes so amazing. Anyways, I should probably end the review here since I’ve already typed so much. Just know that I really enjoy them and I’m sure others will too!

Wait times are ridiculous. Too bad because I love the chicken. How do you continually run out of Chicken when you're a chicken restaurant?
