Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

There is always a problem when I come to this popeyes. The food is good, but theres always something missing or it just takes 20+ minutes to get food even when it seems slow.

These people will ignore tf out of you in their store and stand around doing nothing. They do doordash bad. Order will sit there packaged up and ready when you get there but still end up waiting 30+ minutes for them to just hand it to you even with 2 customers in there. Just shut it down if you're not going to serve your customers right. Now I will ruin my 99% acceptance rate denying every Popeye's order they send me. This is the only place we have this problem and I'm over it.

Food was on par for this chain, and its too funny that there are a couple live chickens that hang out outside the building. BUT I sat in their unmoving drive thru for like 15 minutes and they forgot my sauce. Recommend parking and walking in.

I always go to this particular Popeyes because it’s close to my job and my home. Every time I go to this location the customer-service is always bad! They need to hire a whole new staff, because everyone works there is rude and extremely ghetto. I asked the young lady who served me at the drive thru for ketchup. She gave me the ketchup and then she rolled her eyes! She never said thank you or have a good day I got nothing but bad customer service! The chicken is always good. That’s why I continue to go there, but the customer service sucks.

Gave me mild instead of spicy and forgot my side.
