They need too start being more consistent with wait times. There was a time when I ordered first than the person behind me and they got their order first than me. Dont know how that happend. Then I ordered a second time for a family member back at home, waited close to 30 mins.

Unfortunately, this location is always a mess and orders get mixed up and delayed way too often. Good thing Raising Cains is opening so there will be an alternative soon.
Must be under new management. The people working here all seem like they are mad at the customers for ordering.
They won't give you a cup for water anymore! The previous management didn't do that. My boyfriend refused to order any food because of it, on principal. He got something from Wendy's instead in the same shopping center. Never going back unless they change this stupid policy. This is the only fast food place I know of that doesn't give you water. And we go to them all the time.
Worst customer service at any Popeyes ever. They won't even give you a cup for water even though the drink vending machine has a water dispenser. They want to charge you for a full drink. I tried pleading with the lady at the counter but their reasoning did not make anysense. I think they just don't trust customers to not get a beverage when they give a drinking cup. Also the general friendliness level of the other workers are low as well. This Popeyes also charges more than other Popeyes in the area. Go to other Popeyes for a better experience.
Ordered my food on the new Kiosk machine at 9pm, didn't get my food til 9:35, the workers there were rude too, i will not be coming back here

Horrible horrible customer service. Took my grandma 89 years old and she didn’t know how to use a kiosk she went to the counter to order and they told her she needed to use a kiosk. If she went alone she wouldn’t have been able to order. As i was helping her the employees seemed to just be standing around. I went on to help other older customers who were struggling with the kiosk while the employees stood behind a counter talking. My mom called the store to complain and the phone rang and rang with no answer. We then went to call the feedback number and instead of talking to someone they tell you someone will text you soo to help you. My mom had a hard time texting she doesn’t know how to that well. Anyway never again it was terrible it sucked if I could give a negative I would.
