Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Took a while for our food to come out but the polite lady at the window apologized and explained it was the blackened chicken that takes awhile because it’s made to order. Delicious !

I have gone to Popeyes chicken a few times at this location and I have walked up once and gone through drive-through twice. So the drive-through never gets an order right, ever! Their menu isn’t clear I ordered honey barbecue wings and I got spicy wings with just some honey barbecue splashed on it in the box. I asked for mashed potatoes and I got french fries. This is common. They always get something wrong. So I do not recommend this location at all.

I gave them a 2 stars for atmosphere because the tables and chairs need to be wiped down more.

Rather rude employees... If you don't ask for FRESHLY cooked chicken, you will get the chicken that's been sitting the longest and is soggy from sitting so long under the warmer...

The service at this place is terrible. The employees don't really care if you get your food or not, everybody is just standing around waiting for the paycheck to be passed out. This restaurant is failing because the employees don't want to be bothered with customers.

The young lady at the drive window has a horrible attitude took 15 minutes to get an order at 10.30am. Young lady was too busy talking to the older lady . She did not give me a receipt

I came around 10:45 America the Manger was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVED EXPERIENCE AT ALL. She didn't smile ,was no welcoming at all. I was trying to use a coupon she was no help at all. SHE ACTS AS IF SHE HATES THIS JOB. IM in the same field I would never treat my Guest as she did. On top of all that she got my order wrong. She doesn't deserve MANGER POSITION AT ALL. NO APOLOGIES FROM HER HORRIBLE ATTITUDE OR NOT GETTING THE ORDER CORRECT.

Horrible. I stood in the drive thru alone for a few minutes. I could hear them playing around through the intercom. Someone finally takes my order. I order the Honey BBQ wings combo with fries and a biscuit. Apple pie for dessert. They dont have fountain soda so I go with a lemonade. Get home and they made me some other wings I couldnt even identify by sight or smell. Gave me 9 packets of honey but no biscuit. They got the fries and apple pie right. How hard can it be? Never again. Idiots.
