To start...we ordered wingd online. Drove to popeyes ( about 20 mins). Went to the counter, the girl said that it wasn't ready yet. 45 mins later, I finally walk out. Head home and find that not only is the order wrong, but nothing is labeled (9 small black containers), hardly any sauce on the wings. Definitely disappointed with the Olive Branch, Goodman Rd Popeyes
I love the manager her name is Tiffany so nice and very professional caring about customers she work so hard everything seems so smooth there love her in every way.
They were out of fries!! How do you run out of fries at a fried chicken place? Very disappointed

Although I pulled up an hour before they closed, the service was top notch and food was fresh! My order was accurate as well. I think I'll go during that time more often.
Twice I've attempted to eat at this location via drive-thru. 1st time, around 7:30 pm, I ordered popcorn shrimp & was told they were out of them. Since I primarily eat their popcorn shrimp, I drove on to another fast food place. This last time I stopped for supper, I waited behind a long line of cars. When I was ready to order, I was informed it was cash-only. I rarely have cash on me & I lost 30 minutes of time waiting to find I would not be eating at this location again. I won't be back to this location.
