Employees laughing it up and having a good time while i sat in the drive thru and good for them that they have fun while at work but cmon get my order right. My original chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo ended up being just a piece of chicken, no cheese and no mayo and who wants to fight new circle traffic to take it back.

Worst service, don’t waste your time going to this location. Waited over an hour for food, and got my order wrong.

This location for this restaurant is the worst. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece meal with a extra biscuits and did not receive what I ordered. There was not enough employees in the restaurant therefore they closed the lobby. All customers had to go through the drive thru, when I got to the window she asked what did I order, repeated my order rang it up, charged almost 16.00. and still gave me the wrong food. They don't pay attention, and rude. Avoid this location if you want good service and courteous customer service.

Another dissatisfied take out of many at this location had a large order for take out I tried to check the bags as I always do due to I already know it's going to be wrong or missing something after discovering all my biscuits was missing I figure I caught the issue after getting home not so fast also missing a large mash potato & gravy this store is unreal after 10 + years going here I truly believe thr management really don't care

I got some food delivered through Uber eats and I didn't receive all of my sandwiches I ordered 6 and only received 5 but the food was great just didn't receive everything

2 chicken tenders, very little chicken for $7.41 - the biscuit was the best part. Even if it was $2 I would never go back.

Waiting almost 35 mins for a sandwich combo is beyond excessive.

As someone who dashes for door dash, this is the worst Popeyes and just about worst overall place to pickup food from. Every other time I go, the lobby is locked, so I have to go through the drive through to pick up the order, which is fine. But because of all of the times the door has been locked, anytime I try going through the drive through for orders, then they won’t give it to me and make me drive back around and pick it up inside. What does it matter?! This time this morning when the door was locked, hours say they’re open, but when I went through the drive through they said they “aren’t doing anything until 11:15.” But your hours say you’re open, and you’re clearly accepting orders?? And when I’ve gone late at night, they’re always goofing around and chatting when I’m at the window and take forever to get the order ready.

Food was over cooked! The white lady who is kind of heavy set in the front near registers was very rude with attitude! Will not be back here !

I like Popeyes, but the service here is so bad (slow, incorrect orders). It's not worth it.

They didn’t close until a hour and 20 minutes and I pulled in the drive way and they say there not selling chicken sandwiches anymore horrible costumer service!!!

The only bad thing is not enough of them in area.

when I went through drive-thru and placed my order I paid for an upgrade of the meal. it costed me almost three more dollars just to get a piece of chicken upgraded and then on top of it it didn't even come that way I called and was told I would be giving a refund and the food replaced upon returning their I did not get my refund and they did not want to replace my food I didn't have to go back and still the same thing and nothing has been done even though I can prove I paid with my card
