Food was warm not hot service wasn't the best and was DIRTY
Actually the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Save yourself some time and drive down the road to the West Tunnel location. First order on Popeyes app they didn't even know they got a mobile order when I got there so I waited 30 minutes and 4 of 7 of the items ordered were missing, only one of the 3 was right. Did not check order was ready to eat. Second mobile order they tried to give me the wrong order then I clarified I had a mobile order for 6:45. I was told to "pull somewhere over there" and waited over there for 35 minutes and my fries were missing. Chose to resolve the issue through the app after noticing on the way home. This Popeyes is a waste of space and time with service like that. Also the lobby is always closed when I go so good luck resolving order issues when they come to your car, give you the food, then leave.
All workers were busy talking, flirting, and all working on one order. After 15 minutes of hearing be with you in a second, I left empty handed. Worker was smart mouth.
Half the people working were just wondering about an who ever is mopping the dinning area needs to stop using the kitchen mop an bleach will get rid of the Greece on the floor
