Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This is the ONLY Popeyes that always gives me a hard time with my order, to the point where I always end up leaving without even placing an order! First of all, they never have enough chicken to fulfill my order for all white meat! I am always told I have to wait 20-25 mins for all white meat! Mind you most of the time when I go it’s during a busier time (I know lucky me), so you told think they’d have more chicken ready rather than barely anything. The manger is VERY RUDE. And has told me “if you don’t like it then you can leave!” I have visited this specific location several times (closest location to my house), and every time I go, I remember why I told myself I’d never go again! They really need to get it together! Horrible!! I’d rather go to ‘Crazy Mike’s’ next door and get better chicken, and way better service!

Horrible no flavor what so ever ...wings from here are horrible they where just tossed on oil and sauce no good no flavor horrible flavor on everything

Chicken is so good and juicy

They give a small cup for the medium size and they give a medium size for a large size. It's a rip off. I ordered a medium mashed potatoes and got a small size.

This location always provides the dryest tenders. They're always missing items and when you order a gallon of tea they literally try to fill up cups instead of providing the gallon bag that Popeyes is supposed to provide. Manager needs to do their job and order those gallon containers because other locations have it so they must be Pocketing that money or something. Very shady and slow service here. Go to the 35th Ave and Greenway location instead, their tenders are usually fresh and juicy, plus they have the gallon and half gallon tea bags like their supposed to have. Edit: 4/4/24 Went again through the drive thru and they had me pull to the side and would bring the order when it finishes in about 6 minutes. 20 minutes go by and I go through the drive thru again and they said they forgot about it!! These people have the worst work ethic I've ever seen in an establishment.

Well things are definitely not the same when you go thur a drive thur you order pull up to the window n there's your box of food n you're on your way so where's the dipping sauce how about some napk8ns to don't forget my salt n pepper n ketchup so you get down the road n you have nothing in your box except over cooked chicken stripes that are so over fried n cold n really people you people that work there don't you look in the box before it goes out the window I mean if you did would you eat it cold n over fried ???? People don't care anymore they just toss you your box n see ya! Sad sad world we live in any more

Didn’t even receive the large mashed potatoes I ordered :( and didn’t give me any ranch that I ordered as well, why have me select 2 sauces if not gonna add them to my order.

This place sucked. I've never had a bad popeyes, but this was it. I placed a mobile order at 630, pick up at 645, at 645,oh its gonna be 5 minutes for the wings... OK, 655,we don't have the spicy chicken you ordered 20 minutes ago, is original ok...fine, I get the food, the chicken has ZERO seasoning on it, just plain fried chicken, the potatoes and gravy barely had gravy and 2 dry biscuits...the girl running the drive thru and the guy at the counter had no idea what they were doing. The cooks were waiting on them to get orders straight.
