Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Would have liked for the chicken to have been fresher, but over all was good. We stopped around lunch and the food like it had been cooked awhile.

I was so excited to greet some Popeyes to eat my chicken and to get ready for my red beans n rice for it not even be in the meal! I was so disappointed but the chicken was good. It would've been better if the red beans and rice were in the bag!

Wish lobby was open but reminds me of new Orleans

NEGATIVE 5 STARS is more appropriate!! Been to this location twice and both times they got my order incorrect. To make things worst, when I returned to have it corrected, not just the employee but the MANAGER was upset that I didn't have a receipt for the order, even though I was just handed the WRONG order 4 minutes prior. She returned to the window handed me my correct order with her head turned, while talking to someone else. She let the window slam..NO apology, No eye contact, NO smile!!! The 2nd visit was just more of the same only this time didn't involve a manager. When I returned to get the correct order I handed the receipt to the employee but she never gave the receipt back to me. I wanted it so I could do the survey. One of the cooks actually came to the window and said "you really want your receipt"??...SMH I go to a lot of restaurants but this hands down is one of the worst places I've ever been to...and it's not the chicken....IT'S THE EMPLOYEES!! I will tell everyone any chance I get..."MAKE THE DRIVE TO HENDERSONVILLE POPEYES" This place deserves to be closed!! Shame on me for not checking the reviews before I went!! I see I'm not alone in how I feel UPDATE: A year later(1/6/23 @ 9:15) and sadly nothing has changed!! Ordered a 2 piece in the drive thru and asked for 2 mild thighs, I received 1 breast & 1 wing !! When I mentioned it to the young lady at the window she responded.. "I didn't hear nothing about no thighs besides we only got white meat !! My daughter was hungry so we kept it.. OLD, DRY, CHICKEN!! I really tried..Shame on ME!!

I order food on a grubhub and never got it at my house I call them and they will hang up their phone and will not answers their Phone not good at all for customer service.

Door dash driver in lobby on speaker phone cussing loudly about customer. Had to intervene.
