I waited in the drive thru over 15 minutes, and then there were no napkins or eating utensils in my bag, so one of the parts of the meal couldn't be eaten.

This location's manager does NOT honor the validation code & offer on the back of the receipt for two free pieces of chicken & biscuit with purchase of a large drink. He very ABRUPTLY said, "We don't do that here."

Me and my wife made mobile orders and end up getting the wrong flavor wings. But we order the right ones that sucks. We bite into a wing that super hot sucks when you can't eat spicy food.Had to share my disappointing visit.

Very nice employees. Brought meal to table and asked if there was anything else we needed. Made several suggestions. When we said jelly, he asked what flavor. He promptly returned with our choice
