Terrible service, I said 2 tender combos but they gave me one combo and a box of fries. I drove through the drive thru again (bc the dine in was closed...at 4:00!!) And the gentleman running the drive thru kept trying to give me a chicken sandwich even though I kept asking for the tenders that I bought. He finally understood when his female coworker gave me tenders and took away his chicken sandwich. Ruined my friends day :( he's crying rn... ) Amazing chicken Wheelchair accessibility: Looks good
Be careful when ordering food at the drive-thru window with a credit card. They charged me the wrong amount first and then asked for my credit card back to refund the original amount and charge the correct amount. Checked my credit card statement and they didn't credit back the original amount. Tried to report it through the app, the website and text messaging and got no response after submitting my receipts. It is completely impossible to get someone on the phone for support and the website support keeps crashing. Went to the restaurant and the manager said there was nothing he could do about it and I should contact my credit card company.
