Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We stopped by on the way to Ocoee lake and for some chicken wings. All I can say is the food and service was excellent. Everything was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. We would definitely go back to this spot in the future. Thankfully we didn’t receive any of the 1 star service we read about before hand.

The manager and cashier wouldn't honor the discount advertised on the giant window sign advertised on both sides of the dining room. Instead of admitting they have no idea how to ring it up, something that makes sense, (and something I would patiently wait for them to figure out) instead they offered a ridiculous lie with more holes in it than swiss cheese.

Paid 8 dollars for a large mac n cheese that wasn't even a quarter way full. Got home and looked like this garbage. The lady in the drive thru was rude also. Dont come to this place.

Drive through was fast and accurate!

Been eating popeyes since early 80's never bad food til last night. Got home the chicken was so dry and hard I was only able to pick a few pieces to eat. Biscuit hard potatoes no gravy. First time ordering wings. Pictures show completely bathed I. Sauce. Opened box dry, dark and hard with light drizzle of sauce. $16 thrown in the trash. Very disappointed

Crunchy, hot, fast and delicious

I ordered on door dash late at 10pm at night and they were out of popcorn shrimp so they gave me butterfly shrimp,which was just as good, and communicated very well and the food was delicious and correct.

I decided to try the new Popeye's out and man was that a mistake. Absolutely disgusting and the lady was rude won't be back.

Disappointing experience, chicken sandwich was undercooked, service is typical fast food, you’re lucky if they notice there is an actual person handing them a payment for food. This is only my second time being to a Popeyes and it will be my last. I have gone to Chic Fil A for 10+ years, NEVER EVER had I received undercooked food. Only took two tries with Popeyes though. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from eating here, your personal wellbeing is at stake when you eat at this Popeyes.

Brand new popeyes carrying on the tradition of having the absolute worst customer service in the fast food industry. Waited at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes without an employee saying anything. Finally I said "hello" and the person came over the speaker and bluntly said "yes"
