Forgot biscuit and wrong size Mac and cheese and forgotten chicken sandwich

Waiting for over 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries. The disorganization and confusion behind the counter was painful to watch. I really want a refund but it would probably take them 10 minutes to reverse the order.

Don't go here. They are out of everything all the time. Sometimes the workers are so lazy they tell you to come inside when you try the drive-thru. Exact cash or card. And you wait so long for your food. This location needs more good workers

The place is smoky and dangerous , out of everything after you order

Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches. 2 chicken was not fully cooked.

Restaurant workers are all asleep they are slow.

The food was decent, but what shines was the guy working behind the counter. He was super friendly and made sure to tell us all the specials. It's been a while since I've encountered such great customer service in fast food.

Food made me sick

It was horrible, food was cold I sat there and waited for an ENTIRE HOUR , just for my food to not be cooked right and not only that I was on a road trip and I’m missing 6 whole WINGS I ASKED FOR 12 they only gave me six it was horrible. 0/10

Waited 30 min to order

Just left drive thru. No napkins, small chicken wings, no spoon for mashed potatoes and the fries are old. Won't visit this Popeyes ever again

Horrible it says they opened at 10:00 it's 10:15 and the worker just now opening the door with no food ready
