I love it when I use the app and I drive up quickly and pick up my food.

They forgot parts of my order. Talking and not caring about customers service.

I had a horrible experience sadly. Clerk was rude disrespectful and on a power trip. Talked down to me and mocked me. So I asked for a refund he told me to get it myself just don't go here. Looking at their reviews this is normal. I left with no food and severely embarrassed and humiliated by his behavior. No refund just go if you must do popeyes to the one on victory/vineland their team is outstanding and happy to do their job as I have reviewed them before and have consistently had the same outstanding experience consistently.

This location has the worse customer service I’ve dealt with at any Popeyes I visited. They talked rudely when I asked them why my order was taking so long and four customers that ordered after me had gotten their food. Also after I ordered my food the cashier went to the back to serve food. After I got my order and opened it at home, they had not included the chicken tender convo which was for my kid. I called the restaurant right away and asked for a manager. The girl that answer said okay, how can I help you. I asked her again are you a manager and she said how can I help you as if she was the manager. I again said are you the manager and without saying anything a guy came up on the line. He sounded rude and said the manager was not available. I told him that they had not packed the chicken tenders combination. He said yes we did rudely. I told him they had not and he didn’t apologize or anything, just said we did and I’m not going yo argue with you. That got me very upset. I called corporate but all they did was communicate with me through text. I gave them all the information and said someone would get back to me. But after several days no one has contacted me. That’s why it was important to write this review. We have to make sure companies start providing good customer service again and get back to us when we file a complaint. I will never go into this location again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I am very disappointed with how I was treated at Popeyes including from Corporate and will not give them my business for a long time if at all in the future.

How hard is it to make two sandwiches? Totally screwed up the order and then want me to take it back to them. Gtfoh
