Sometimes when I ask for all spicy, they do half and half

Felt like I waited for them to hatch the egg, raise the chick, then finally cook it. AWFUL wait on a slow night. Literally waited here for over 40 mins on a slow Tuesday night for my order. Somehow, others who came much later got served quicker? Only ordered the spicy and classic chicken, nothing fancy. Then when I asked at the 40 min mark, the employee gave me attitude like I was being unreasonable
