Food could be/was good

I hate writing bad reviews I usually will never do it, tonight makes it the 3rd time they have not only charged my for a FULL meal, but have left out MAIN parts of the meal. I am getting charged 12-15$ and coming home with half a meal??? Checked receipts and everything!! After giving many chances I wouldn’t recommend coming here I’m sorry …

The drive thru workers were being yelled at and talked down to by a manager in front of cutomers. Not a good experience at all. Those young ladies were very fast, and about to put the chicken into the three boxes that I ordered . That is until this mean man came up front yelling and snatched the box from one of the young ladies hand. I watched and listened to his behavior from the drive thru. What did the people at the counter feel? This held up my order and the cars that began forming behind me. I was the only car in drive thru and could have been gone. His less than professional behavior changed my experience and opinion of this Popeyes. The recipe never taste like Popeyes when I get food from this location I came to give my 80 plus year old mother something that she requested. I will discourage her from that location in the future!

While I had an hour to wait for the bus I stopped in for a cup of coffee. The girl said " we don't have any. " I then asked for a diet coke. The girl said " we don't have any". I had to settle for an unsweetened iced tea. It tasted just like water. Waste of money because I threw it out. I won't be stopping there again Dietary restrictions: No sugar free options of drinks for diabetics

ok I mean popeyes is popeyes. have we ever had a bad meal there? the chicken is so good it has caused people to stab each other. sure, the drive thru took forever today, the worker I talked to was short with me and rude as hell despite me being polite, but when I got home and ate my tenders, fries, and biscuit they were all incredible. such a treat. and that's kinda the most important thing here.
