6:50pm 1/22/24 Proceeded to the second window, no one was behind me I asked to place a second simple order one biscuit.. the Manager who was standing there with the male cashier in the window stated no and rolled her eyes.. As a Manager #1 where is your customer service. The Manager-so we don’t have a Miss understanding the one the bob and real Thin. As a manager your work performance follow you ever where you go.
12/23/23 4:00pm I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before my order was taken by a very rude young lady. I then was told to pull up and my order would be brought out. While sitting for another 30 minutes I observed 3 employees leave the store with food in their hand but I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes until I decide to get out and go in the store to be asked “what was my order”? I was beyond aggravated therefore I asked for a refund. I havent been to this particular store in a long time and this visit reminded me why. Owners need to work on staff and do a thorough training on customer service.
I have previously gone to the Popeyes in Gonzales, La, on Hwy 30, a number of times. Bcs it's a busy location, I tend to order my food on the app in advance and pick it up in the drive-thru. After ordering my food on the app, I decided to pick up my food from the lobby since the outside line was extra long. Well, it took 40 mins to prepare and get my online order bagged, and my ghost pepper wings were horrible. Popeyes changed their seasoning.
This Popeye's is the slowest and rudest Popeyes I've ever been to you and I love my Popeye's. I waited 10 minutes as the only one in the drive-thru until someone asked me" what do you want?" Then another 20 minutes after they told me to go park on the side and the food was cold and I asked for no pickles and they still gave me pickles.
Employees were polite, hard working and consistent in getting orders out in a timely and precise manner!
