Staff is incompetent, idiotic and needs to be terminated. How do you tell a customer that no one calls a combo by the number and so it’s their fault you wrote the literal 3pc instead of the #3? I didn’t think customer service could be this bad, but this location needs to be shut down. It’s ran by a bunch of moronic retards now.

A friend of mine and I went to pick up Uber Eats 2 days ago approx. around 2 or 3 p.m. and I was met by a lady at the counter who worked there and she was holding a cigarette and lighter. She looked much disgruntled once I stepped in the building. I told her that I was there to pick up a customer's Uber Eats and at first, she claimed that she could not find it. Then, by coincidence, she found the order and printed it out. She looked at it and started to make it. She stopped then screamed "I've already made this order. I know that I did and someone else already picked it up." All the while she was trying to get confirmation from all her co-workers that she had and they all agreed with her. She then told me that the customer must put in another order if they want it. She was so lovely and nice to the next customer, which all he wanted to do was wash his hands. As I left, she screamed that "she just needed a minute to herself." I felt her justification, rudeness, and actions were VERY unprofessional. If you are going to be miserable and unprofessional about working the front counter towards Uber Eats and doordash delivery drivers, then maybe you shouldn't be working in fast food. I for one, hope that the GM sees this.. I doubt I will be taking anymore dashes or Uber from this particular store. My advice, do something about your staff. Thank you!

My number one place

Great place. Conveniently located, I grab a bite on the way to work pretty often. Staff is sometimes a bit too gossipy for my liking, but overall a fantastic location.

Went throught the drive through on Sat Feb 17th at 7pm. When ordering they couldn't hear me due to yelling laughing and arguing in the background from employees. The lady taking our order argued with us about what we ordered before even submitting it. When we got to the window the order was still wrong and had to order more at the window. The manager on duty seemed to be having a great time cutting up with staff but managing no one. The whole operation there was a mess. Double check your orders before driving away

The food and service were great. The store was clean and everything well stocked.

Way overpriced $40 for 2 red beans and rice and 3 fries

Love the new nuggets! Had to have a strawberry biscuit too! Yummy

What can I say...last time barely any sauce on spicy chicken sandwich which is the whole point. Chicken was big but lacking flavor and higher price. Not going back for a while...used to love it.
