Service is okay but the food is always consistently bad. Came here today 10/16 and spent $20 on the worst poke bowl I’ve ever had. The fish taste like it’s been sitting out all day- dry and chewy , the salad was turning brown and the edamame tasted stale- how does that even happen? Literally not worth the money at all Im hoping my stomach can handle it later 😭

I eat here regularly and love the customer service, staff is always willing to share their ideas and recommendations. Whenever I’m curious there is always someone who has an answer that’s in depth. Even when the lines are long I know I can look forward to the variety they offer.

I was thinking of how to say this to not sound rude but I’m upset and mad at the way I got treated here. I was not being a Karen at all it was the other way around actually. I ordered a California roll and a bowl. I’ve tired the rolls before but this time it was not good. It was soggy and the rice wasn’t so great it wasn’t cooked right. I ate it because I was hungry I wanted to eat the bowl but the rice wasn’t even good it was hard the proteins they have aren’t great either. I went to ask if I can get a refund for the bowl since I didn’t like the rice and the lady said they can’t do refunds. I don’t understand why they can’t do that. Maybe it’s because this place is a small business and too broke to give the refund. They did say that they can give me something else from the menu but once I said the roll they said that can’t give me that since it has rice in it. It was the only thing edible so I wanted the roll but when I told them that, they said well maybe the problem wasn’t the bowl and it’s just your tasted buds. This Indian lady was so disrespectful. My parents raised me right so I just stayed calm said ok and left. Never again will I buy from here. I don’t recommend coming but if you wanna see for yourself just go and you’ll see not one fly is flying around there

Sooooo sllllooowwww. Train your employees to work with a sense of purpose, instead of aimlessly and inefficiently. Then maybe people won't fall out of line as often.
