Great portions and fresh ingredients!!! Love this place. They even give you miso on the side. Great price for what they give you.

Wife and I ordered two build your own bowls. Fish didn't taste the freshest, rice was meh, ordered one with mango but got oranges instead. Missing toppings as well. We didn't even finish, go somewhere else.

Fish smell like gasoline or chemicals of some sort.

I’ve gone a couple times now and my bowl is always different, though I order the same thing. I don’t know if they just run out and don’t tell you or I keep getting things forgotten off my order.

The poke (got the Hawaiian summer) was bad. The rice was terrible. The dish had excess liquid in it. What’s with the raw onions? The fish was meh. Too much fake crab and not enough of the other ingredients. I couldn’t even finish it.

Where to begin... both my husband and I ordered the large with 3 meat selections. We both only got 2 meats- and his weren't even what he ordered. What meats we did get was very much skimped on and the squid tasted off. The bowls were small and there was very little sauce. We waited an hour for our food. I wish we had just gone to one of the other two places a few blocks down.

Went with a friend a while ago. The pre-made bowls are pretty mid so if I go again I'll most likely stick to the create your own so I can be as picky as I want to be. It took a while but only because they kept getting online orders and there was only one girl working most of the time until another randomly appeared to help her. Shouts out to glasses girl though, because as a fellow small business food worker I understand the pain of having to deal with a ton of orders solo, so it would be hypocritical of me to judge the service based on that. Other than that though the place looked quite nice and the kimchi was excellent. If there were a better parking situation I'd go back more often but since the library scammed me and there's no parking around the building, it's very hard to access without walking from somewhere else
