Got to the restaurant around 6. We're seated immediately. We ordered drinks. They came...and that was the last time any employee came near our table. Our food order was never taken. After 30 minutes, and several "near" contacts, we gave up and went to the front counter to pay for our half consumed drinks. Three more near misses with staff (they really didn't want to interact, apparently) we left and went elsewhere for dinner. Won't bother trying again.

They were busy the day I went & kept getting our orders wrong or forgetting to place orders. We were there on a Thursday. Tasted like any plaza Azteca once we got our food.

Food was okay. Service took a while to respond.

You can tell they spent some change on making it look nice in there.

I placed an order for burrito. 40 minutes later I called because I’m just asking what the status of my food is since my drivers waiting outside. I was very respectful and nice, and three times I got hung up on by the same guy, and now, every time I call, I go straight to their voice box. I just want to speak to a manager at this point because of how unprofessional this is.

If I ever get my food I'll tell you how it was.... I'm literally one of 3 people here and nobody seems interested in doing any work... I'm STARVING

We unfortunately did not make a reservation for another restaurant (45 min to 2.5 hour wait everywhere else we checked) so went to a restaurant with only a 10 min wait. We found out why this one was easier to get a table. The food was mixed in quality and the service overall was quite poor. While the fajitas were hot, the rest of the meal was just above room temperature. We weren’t greeted when we arrived although the hostess was pleasant when she did motion to seat us. The waitress was also very pleasant although seemed extremely overworked and forgot my non-alcoholic drink - I did receive my very sweet margarita. We asked two people for silverware which arrived as I was started to eat fajitas with my fingers. All our food arrived very abruptly with dishes almost flying onto the table. It was not welcoming and we plan to make a reservation elsewhere should we find ourselves again in the area so we aren’t stuck at this restaurant.

It seemed nice when I came in but then I ordered a beer and tasted it and it was flat the manager came and told me it wasn’t their fault that it was flat. And he was kind of snarky about it with the waitress.
