Plae Bistro

Apps were great, drinks were great, dessert was great.. main dishes were OK. I expected better based on the price tag. I highly recommend this place as an after dinner stop for a drink and dessert! Their carrot cake is by far the best on planet Earth.

I was looking forward to going here after reading so many good reviews. The atmosphere is nice and the server was great. The food however, was not good. Bread was on the dry side both on the burger and the cheesesteak. Something served in a pourable cup as a sauce was actually a solid scoop of herbed buttery something. Each plate got one for some reason. The cheesesteak was a mess and had a slice of microwaved cheese sitting on it. No seasoning. The burger was a big unpleasant thing sitting in a waxy dry bun canoodling with slimy bacon. I have food at home. I go out for a nice feeling and this did not give it at all.
