It started with the crispy, airy, light texture of the pizza crust, which was topped with a special blend of cheeses and fresh toppings. The Pizza was then slow baked for 10 minutes until perfection. The smell of the fresh baked pizza filled the air, where it lured people in from all over the neighborhood. This "Famous Pizza" was born in Queens, New York in 2002. The concept was simple: to provide a custom pie that was fresh baked and made with the finest ingredients available. We did exactly this, and the custom-topped pizza pie became even more "famous." With our main specialty being our outstanding pizza and pita, we arrived at our present name, "PizzITA" Circle.
