We cook pizza hand build acunto oven just outside Naples Italy shipped to Vancouver WA. We make pizza dough ourselves using the best pizza dough flour you can get that imported in from Naples, Italy. Dough is Italian style pre fermentation call biga, proved for a minimum 24 hours. The Small opening and low dome allow us to cook very hot (900°-950°F) and cooks in 60-90 seconds per pizza to allow for unique flavor and texture produced by the intense heat. Our Pizza is soft like pillow, and wet in the center.
