Pizza Via is the latest incarnation from Scott Sandler, founder of Pizzeoli and Pizza Head. Both of Scott's former restaurants made the Post Dispatch's STL top 100 restaurants in St. Louis six years in a row. Both former restaurants are currently thriving with new owners.
