Pizza Ranch

We arrived around 5pm for dinner. Much of the buffet was empty.. absolutely nothing on the pizza bar, lettuce was empty & not much of a selection for salad toppings, small dark meat pieces of chicken only. We had to ask for clean glasses because the ones we got were sticky/greasy. Had to turn over a couple plates to find one that didn't have food still stuck to it. Fresh food came out 10-15 mins after we got there. There was a rush of customers who were all also waiting for something to eat but the food we managed to get was hot & tasted delicious. Our location is under construction to add an arcade so all the tables are all shoved together in a pretty small area. I have no problem with the addition of something fun for kids to do while out to eat w/their family but it seems like maybe they need to concentrate more on providing a better/cleaner buffet instead.

Less seating now as they are putting in a play area. Tonight went there place was packed not enough seating. Food was old and cold. Will not be coming back

Happy to find freshly fried chicken, which along with the salad bar and sides, and a root bear float, made a yummy supper! Still doing some renovations, so atmosphere was so-so.

Ordered the buffet and it was not fresh, seems like it had been sitting out for a while. On top of that my chicken was absolutely RAW! No customer service. This is the worst pizza ranch I have ever been in!

This location is the best location I've been to, the pizza is a bit bland but the other food is really nice.

Never got my food. Had to call THEM twice to find out what was going on. No attempt for any communication on their end regarding the order. Very disappointing.

I’m not quite sure how they’re still in business. The food (pizza especially was cold, beyond old & lacking items on warming shelves) was incredibly disappointing. For 46.00 for 3 of us was a complete waste of money. I asked the Gentleman running the counter if they had a specific pizza on the counter to which he said they did. What he didn’t tell me was it was there since yesterday. I couldn’t be any more disappointed in this place. Will anything change with this review? Probably not. Won’t be back. Too many other food choices/places to spend my hard earned $$ on

I got to pizza ranch around 430pm. Had the buffet and for chicken all that was in there was thighs (20) for an option along with sides and some choices of pizza and salad bar which was pretty good. I feel like Altoona and/orpella pizza ranch is insanely better. Cleanliness of store and bathroom was could use a really good working over!
