Ordered a panzerotti and got multiple hairs in it from the lack of cleanliness the workers have, have had other issues in the past and will not go back there again

Staff is amazing and service is very good i must say visit one time in week for food the way make a pizza is almost good in test

Worse customer service I ever see there was only one guy working he was constantly using phone taking with his friends didn’t care about people waiting from long time someone from customer told him that pizza was done please come and put in box

They removed the free marinara from their half moon cheesy bread at some point, a form of shrinkflation. When I complained about it on their survey (since I forgot to add a marinara to my order since it used to be included) I got a call back from a rep. He lied to me and told me they have never included a free marinara, ever. I went back in my email history and found a receipt from 2021 that showed a free marinara included. When I phoned them to complain about their rep lying to me and gaslighting me, they said that the rep would be spoken to but I can have a free $5 to make me feel better. I guess I can get two marinaras with that and still have to pay for my own meal. What a joke this place is

Very bad service. Girl who work in night shift she js very rude doesn’t know anything about customer service. Very bad quality…. Management has to look into it.
