      Named from the Italian verb Bruschere that translates loosely to as to melt mozzarella on toasted Italian bread and then serve with fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil for about 6000 lire.

      “On top of spaghetti, all covered in cheese, we placed our fresh meatballs, with tomatoes been squeezed.” A Lucé fave: spaghetti noodles topped with our homemade sauce made from tomatoes, fresh garlic, Italian herbs and roasted red peppers. Topped with your choice of homemade Italian pork & beef meatballs or vegan veggieballs. Available vegan without parmesan.

    • Lasagna Abruzzi

      Layers of lasagna noodles, a blend of three cheeses, Italian pork sausage, ground beef and our homemade tomato sauce. Finished with your choice of sauce: tomato, Alfredo, tomato Alfredo or pesto Alfredo*.

    • Mostaccioli

      A baked casserole of penne pasta smothered in our homemade tomato sauce blended with ricotta and parmesan cheeses and topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Add meatballs, veggie balls or chicken for an additional charge.

    • Gouda Mac 'N Cheese

      Cavatappi pasta baked in our Gouda and cheddar cheese cream sauce with bruschetta tomatoes and topped with breadcrumbs and your choice of bacon or Herbivorous Butcher vegan bacon.

    • Gluten-Free Stuffed Shells

      Gluten-free shells stuffed with ricotta and Romano cheeses and covered in our homemade sauce made from tomatoes, fresh garlic, Italian herbs and roasted red peppers. Topped with melted mozzarella and served with a buttered gluten-free roll.

      Fresh spinach, artisan greens, radicchio, broccoli, shredded Brussels sprouts, fresh orange and sunflower seeds tossed in our homemade sesame tahini dressing.

      Good garlic, we make a great Caesar Salad! Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with our homemade dressing and topped with parmesan cheese and croutons. Dressing contains anchovies.

      Get fresh with artisan greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrots and homemade croutons, and served with your choice of dressing: blue cheese, French (v), ranch, white balsamic (v), Greek (v), Caesar or sesame tahini (v).
