Pizza Hutt really let me down they wer closed at one location sent my calll to another and they didn't even record my order, when I called back after an hour,, the didn't offer a delivery service, nor a discount for telling me that I'd have to come and pick it up.. defeated the whole purpose of delivery service... 😕 never again will I spend my money on pizza Hutt.

Very nasty I ordered large pizza lastnight and it was wrong order pizza was undercooked and worker was scrubbing floors with no gloves and then grab food and gives it to customer totally nasty never buying from here again

I was mad at first bc they're out of the cheeseburger sauce... but after eating the boneless wings that they put the Asian sauce on them for me and they were so good that I deleted my old review 😂 I had a change of heart bc the wings are really good

I didn't anticipated a superior product? I don't know why? My grandson got into the personal plan, that was okay, when I got to my half I turned it over and it's burnt at the bottom, how do you burn a personal pain?. The cinnamon sticks didn't have any icing, what I did have in there was the blue cheese dressing, for the wings that I had, the wings were okay. I brought my daughter in there she's 27, I was working there in 1995 when she was born. We didn't play without customers, even though the lobby is small, it was great customer service. We work hard in the back, clean, and we worked as a team. And our product was a very good quality. The people who answer the phone will courteous in my day, the lady was courteous, but you can barely hear, in the accent was very thick. I have the grade you a F! very disappointing one of my favorite pieces of all time. I invented the stuffed crust personal pain. They said it will cost too much. But yet I have come to be a superior chef. Get it together in there, it's very few of you around. Don't hold on by the seat of your pants. Put some effort in there. Put that superior product that I know Pizza Hut can be, back on Georgia avenue. And if you need my help. I don't know if you'll pay enough though. But I would turn that little spot around. And you might be making big bread but if this the quality that you put out. Why you feed people trash? Get it together or close the doors.

I ordered a medium supreme pizza by the time I got my pizza it was very cold and missing some pepperoni, sausage and green peppers on some of the slices. I was very disappointed. I ordered my pizza on Saturday 5/4/24 but now I’m being told to call back after 5pm on Monday 5/6/24 to speak with a manager

Do not order from this place. My pizza never arrived and they refused to answer my calls to issue a refund. Been waiting over 2 hours. They would hang up the phone on me. Fraudulent business and poor customer service.

By far the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Totally forgot why i dont order from there. Ordered 8pm. Called 9pm because said food out for delivery. They said still chilling here and not out maybe 10. Its 11pm. Food was supposed to be here at 844pm. Im bout to go to sleep. And this same thing happened last year! Totally forgot why their service is by far the worst. Took this to upper management.
