Pizza Hut

Update : Once again, great pizza! It was fresh made and ready when we arrived for pickup,.. Within the waiting area was clean as usual, as well as the kitchen, (can see it from the counter/front waiting area)! Thank you to the staff this Sunday evening, 10-20-2024, for the prompt, friendly service and great pizza to end our busy day with! (Previous post) Delivery was great as usual, and earlier than original estimated delivery time. We were very happy that DEAN was our deliverer again. Pizzas were okay this time, definitely not their best. They're usually pretty consistent. And the requests of sauce were mixed up with the 3 pizzas. Will order again.

Ordered $105 worth of food to be delivered to the resort we were staying at. Tracked the delivery with the Pizza Hut website. Driver never came to the resort and changed the status to delivered. Bellmen, front desk and even security camera proved the driver never came. Called the Pizza Hut in Scottsdale off greenway and spoke with a horrible manager named Matt who claims he could only refund $85 because they use door dash to deliver food. Absolutely no accountability on their end. I contacted door dash and they confirmed they refunded Pizza Hut but good old Matt claims he couldn’t give us the remaining $25. Matt was extremely uneducated about the policy and process of how their third party delivery service works. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

It says online that they are open till 2 AM. I keep trying to call to place an order and it says that they are closed and it is only 1215.

Ordered some food and paid the delivery fee that Pizza Hut charges. They outsourced the delivery to Door Dash! Not only does Pizza Hut keep the money for the delivery fee, but they also guaranteed a delivery time, and it was way later than promised. This information was not expressed prior to placing the order, Pizza Hut just outsourced! What are these companies doing? They have no consideration for the consumer or employees anymore!

Poor customer service and the entire order was wrong. Stale old pizza and someone else’s breadsticks. 0/10

Slow and rude for no reason

My personal veggie pizza was delicious and was ready the minute I walked in to pick it up

I got the family big box dinner. It was amazing. We had 2 pizzas with Italian sausage and pepperoni and cheese bread and wings. We really enjoyed it. I ordered it and I was running late picking it up. The store had good customer service and my pizza was very hot. I can always say that I love Pizza Hut over Domino's. The pizza was seasoned and the wings were fire.

There is a worker named Leslie, she was being very rude when I asked when my order was arriving, as if it isn’t her job to tell me when it’s coming. Also delivery was super slow, almost an hour of wait.

Worst experience I’ve had at any type of restaurant. Both workers ignored me, then when I asked for help one just walked past me and said “I don’t know” and when I asked for help she YELLED “don’t you see the oven!” so I walked out. I was there January 13 2023 @ 3:40pm.
