Pizza Hut

Mariah is a class act. I must say, her can-do attitude, optimism, and transparency led me to have a fantastic experience. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as well. I will be coming back again soon for more delicious, hot meals.

I can't speak for delivery or dine-in, but this is one of the better Pizza Huts in the area for take-out (online/mobile ordering). I have a couple that are closer to me, but I always order from this one because the pizza is hot, the toppings are fair/generous and uniformly distributed. Also the crust consistently seems correct, unlike some others that under/over-cook it (or don't let the dough rise enough). I like picking up from the drive-thru window (this location clearly used to be a bank branch), it's convenient and the employees always seem pleasant.

Thanks to the very helpful and positive associates for making our experience so wonderful. Our order was placed ahead of a very large order so we received our pizza faster than anticipated. We also received a discount on our purchase that was unexpected. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for starting out 2024 in such a wonderful manner!

My large pizza was just barely warm, very disappointed and I gave a big tip Parking: Had delivery so doesn’t apply!

Did not receive full food order. Was spoken to very rudely by the General Manager when I called and also hung up on twice by him after he refused to give me corporates number

WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever received from Pizza Hut. Dec 9 I ordered my food at @7:30 it got delivered, but my order was wrong. I called back they told me they would remake it and deliver it, it would be delivered in 10 min. 8:00 arrived no pizza, I called back they said they didn’t have a driver call back in 10 min. I called at 8:10, they said my driver was on his way. I don’t live far from Pizza Hut so I’m thinking ok he’s down the street. 9:00 comes no pizza, no delivery…. I called back at this point the driver didn’t arrive until 9:10 with cold pizza and cinnamon sticks. I called Pizza Hut back and told them. They stated “we are not making you another one you already had 2.” I have already paid and my family needed to eat. Police were called up to Pizza Hut, they remade it fresh and told me they would reimburse me…. I called Dec 14 to get my refund they blocked my number and I had to keep calling finally got the RAYMORE PIZZA HUT. A worker named mason answered the phone and stated “we were never welcomed back! And we need to get our life together.
