VERY DISAPPOINTING BUFFET We went in for the buffet today at 12 noon and it was very disappointing we paid $29.00 for 1 senoir, 1 adult and 1 child and 1 drink, all they had was 5 different flavors of pizza to be shared with everyone in the resturant, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks in a 40 minute time range they did not have any pasta, no salad and when asked if they were going to put some out we were told no one made any. This was so incredibly disappointing we only eat 7 slices of pizza not worth the cost!!!

My chicken melt wasn’t cooked disgusting throw it all Up. Pizza was cold and boneless wings were hard don’t waste your money or time they’ll not answer the phone

This is by was the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. Yesterday, I placed an order for three medium pizzas. It doesn’t show you the delivery time until you place the order. It quoted me two hours at 11:50 am for a delivery .4 miles away. The Call center confirmed it was a two hour delivery. 10 attempts were made to contact the store and no one answered. I spoke with the Mgr today and she said the delivery time wasn’t two hours and that’s something corporate made up. We weren’t able to cancel the order because Pizza Hut doesn’t give you the option via the app. I had to call and beg the call center, because they said the store has to do it, but they regularly don’t answer the phone. We will never order from this location again. The customer service is terrible, and instead of remedying the situation, the Manager just deflects. This is an extremely poorly run location, and we will retaking our business elsewhere to a competitor. To put it in context, we have over 400 employees and we were regularly going to place large orders, but wanted to test it out with a three pizza order, and Pizza Hut failed miserably. Terrible Customer service, terrible management, terrible results.

Save your money.. this place skimps on chz and toppings.. 2 man show slow af too .. wasn't even busy.. guess pll got hip to this sto..deleted to pizza hut app. Booooo

I used the app to order my food. It wasn't until after I ordered did I see the reviews online. My two pizzas showed up half cooked. The cheese on 1 pizza wasn't even melted. After taking over an hour from start to finish to arrive, I would have preferred the food to have taken the 5 minutes extra to finish cooking. Don't order from here, just throw your money in the trash and save yourself the time.
