Pizza Hut

We called from our car right outside the store and was told our order would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and then walked in to pick up our food. The entire store reeked of weed and the employees were in the back talking about vulgar things. Someone came to the front, we gave them the name and they said they didn’t see an order for us and asked if it could be under a different name. We said no and proceeded to tell her what we ordered and they still couldn’t find it. We went back to the car, called the same number we called before, verified on the phone we were in the right place even speaking to the same person as before and she claims she didn’t remember us calling. Maybe if the employees weren’t getting lit in the store they’d remember talking to customers and actually complete their orders. Needless to say, we’ll just be going elsewhere from now on.

Employee cut finger while walking towards the counter. They did not stop and clean wash and bandage the cut. They saw that it was bleeding. Grab my 2 boxes of food. Open them both and re closed them, making them both unsafe and unsanitary. I brought them home and threw them away immediately. Why even say something to someone who isn't even willing to clean up a bleeding cut before they touch your food. Who knows what a what have happened once they started making another pizza. And breadsticks. Would they have stopped cleaned it and bandaged it then who knows but I wasn't willing to take that chance.

Hot pizza delicious

Snowy evening last night and we didn't feel like cooking or going out. We hadn't ordered pizza in a few years, but it sounded good. Ordered delivery and other than being on the expensive side, we had a great experience. Good tasting pizza and wings. Pizza Hut must be using Door Dash instead of their own delivery drivers now, which worked well, but I used to know our delivery drivers and always enjoyed seeing a familiar face. I guess everything is changing these days, why not that.

If I could give 0 stars I would . First they put my CHEESE STICKS & CINNAMON STICKS in the same box so the sweet cinnamon was mixed all in my cheese looked like they cooked it together in the same pan & didn’t even cut it apart just threw it in the box then the manager tells me she’s gonna give me Pizza Hut dough points & they aren’t there so I call again today & the manager is really rude & tells me I have to order from the same store even tho its pizza dough rewards or whatever you call the stupid point system for Pizza Hut .
