Pizza is always cold and I never get extra cheese like I ordered

Delivery order was like 40 min late. I called the store and they said they only had one driver. That driver had multiple orders. ( Which would explain the cold food) food was cold. Not fresh. And I guess as an extra special treat, they forgot my Starry 2 liter. 44 dollars wasted...
