Pizza Hut

Great staff!!

So they sent out a burnt cookie and a phone call was made to talk to them and they decided to argue with a customer. I normally don’t have a problem at all with this store but tonight. Even tho the customer wasn’t happy they decided to and tell them she didn’t send them nothing so if you’re a manager you take the reasonability of your employees and store. So customer said get your $h¡t together. Customer was rude but as a manager you don’t argue with them. And then they just let anyone answer the phone over there. Poor girl that answered had to get a manager because she doesn’t work in the kitchen. ‍♀️ picture the whole bottom of the cookie looks like that and you can smell it’s burn as soon as we opened the box.

If I could give less than one star I would. I wish people had more kindness and patience. I had typed out a long explanation, but realized she wouldn’t care. The lady up front was just beyond rude and should know basic customer service.

It was good pizza, for a late night dinner.

Older man delivery driver was GREAT! Kid-friendliness: Pizza wasn’t greasy and kids got to grab and run off
