Pizza Hut

Order online multiple time with the carry-out. Today I couldn’t do carry out so I need it to delivered for me. Worse decisions I’ve ever made. It took more than an hour to delivered to me. Literally ordered around 9:14 and it took them 60 minutes and I don’t even know when my food will be delivered cuz it said it’s delivering but been waiting and waiting and still not here.

Spent $74 on 1 pizza and 2 doz wings with a $7 tip for carryout and got attitude from the counter clerk for asking for extra pizza sauce. "I can't give you that" he said. For $74? Come on.

Ordered over the phone at 6 o’clock made it to the store by 610 paid for my order didn’t get my order until 705 and only because I complained that I was about to be there for an entire hour before I got my food and it was sitting on the counter. Cold as can be no I’m sorry nothing last time I will ever order here again it was so ridiculous and the store was full of people with the same problem. No orders were going out. Just pizza sitting everywhere getting cold

I just order a few minutes ago. I’m a loyal customer. I try to place an order on the mobile app and it decline it. Therefore I call and place my order on the phone. Lady did not respect my prize as in the app I end up paying $14 additional dollars. I decided to go ahead and place my order. Once the food got to my house and we were about to eat I notice both of my large pizzas had Marinera sauce when I SPECIFY I did not wanted any sauce. Overall a meal I was looking forward end up ruining my appetite. I found this very disappointing. First time getting this kind of service not sure if I would go back.
