Didn't catch her name, but the woman running the front area, phone, and drive-thru was amazing and super helpful! She deserves a raise.
Gabriella was really rude hanged up on the phone right after we asked for a refund. Because we ordered it at 6:24 p.m. Pizza hadn't even been delivered yet it was already 8:00. Was unacceptable service I will not be ordering from this place again and Gabriella was very rude.

Ordered a pizza online from this locations since its close to my home. I came to pick up my order and nothing was ready because the workers made the excuse of turning on ovens late. Still waiting in line while all of that was happening, a lady when outside to smoke. Everyone here working is absolutely unprofessional. So ghetto as well. Like why hire lazy people or lazy teenagers to work. Never again coming to this location.

Complaint has been shared with Pizza Hut. Do not shop this store as the regular customers will tell you that this store is always, always late on the orders. If there is a problem, no one will tell you and you will be treated as if you do not matter. Rudeness seems to be a top priority.
They were very respectful and got everything out in a timely manner.

The delivery driver who drives the black Toyota is a menace. Paying more attention to his phone than the road. He was swerving and almost hit three cars.
The food is always fresh and hot also the service is professional I thank Pizza Hut employees!!!
Ordered from the Broadway location in Garland, Tx. My food was delivered warm & overcooked. My boneless wing was half cooked. My delivery driver stated they made him wait when it was advised the food was ready. Terrible customer service & overall experience!
There was a problem with my food being delivered to my Apts, the driver could not find them. I drove to the store where Nevaeh and her manager, Tarrah, were so helpful and apologetic. My order was re-made fresh and given to me free due to the inconvenience. I never write reviews but I had to give these ladies kudos for their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered by phone for pickup. After going through the drive thru & and paying, I was told to park out front it was still 8 minutes left, but someone would bring our order out to us. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I went in. The young lady at the front register was already rude, with a young man asking about his order in front of me. I told the young lady I had been waiting out front for someone to bring my order. After confirming the name, she walked to the warmer & then handed me my food & said my bad. I was like really! The box was warm so I went home. I live maybe 5 minutes away. The pizza & bread were cold. Then I don't know about anyone else, but Marinara sauce goes with the cheesy bread.. I had ranch. I reached out to the location & I'm assuming the same rude young lady answered asked to speak to a manager & I was put on hold. She then got back on the phone & told me the managers were busy doing their job. I still haven't spoken to a manager. I understand being busy, but come on. Not good customer service at all.
Never been a good place. Long wait too much or not enough cheese & the New Yorker pizza is Awful. Try at your own risk
