Manager corrected an issue and I was pleased with the results.

ZERO STARS! In all my years of living I’ve never been threatened and followed to my car by an employee, and for it to be over a $10 pizza that was the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life should tell you what type of establishment this is. I was told to bring my pizza back for a refund just to be threatened and spat at, yes the employee spit fluids from his mouth in my direction. Mind you my 1 year old son is with me having to witness this ridiculous ordeal. He should be fired at the least but lucky for him I kept my composure because it could have certainly ended a lot worst for that individual. Stay Away, disgusting workers , disgusting place!!!!!

This time I got a delivery order. My food came and both large orders of cheese sticks were missing. When I called they were very kind and immediately sent out the rest of my order. I am always happy with this location. Even when something is missing or a simple mistake was made, these guys continuously make it right. Thank you for taking care of our needs!

I love the atmosphere every time I go there, 10/10 for customer service, the Manager there was very helpful and kind!

Now I ordered something super simple. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, onions, jalapenos. I put in the instructions to square cut it. Somehow even that was messed up. The pizza I received clearly was made simply as a pepperoni pizza that I believe was made for someone else that didn't pick it up and they decided to just throw onions and jalapenos on it without even running it back through the oven and give me that. Look at this picture you can tell they just threw raw onions and jalapenos on it. Like come on now why not care about the quality of your product. Wont order from here again and will just go back to Papa Johns.

I am writing this review at 1 pm, on a Saturday, during the middle of the lunch shift. Your store had a SINGLE employee. In the middle of lunch. When a few people don’t show up, that’s one thing. But when only the manager shows up, that’s an employee quality issue. I’m writing this here because I tried contacting corporate after my experience, and got the runaround from a bunch of bots answering phones. This store has been going down hill since the middle of 2023, and it is now reached the point where it is not functioning on the busiest day of the week. This store either needs to increase its wages to attract better quality employees, or it needs to shut down.
