If I could give 0 stars I would based off everything I experienced. On 10/20 my boyfriend and I were on our way here and trying to order pickup on our phones. We had a coupon code, but had a question so decided to order in person instead. When we had arrived (at 8:30, the restaurant closed at 9:30) the employees were already mopping the floor, but we were never greeted. Finally someone approached us at the front and she said she couldn’t help us with any online coupon codes. We sat at a table to order online for pickup anyways, because the lady was not at all helpful.
We sat for 20 minutes trying to figure out the app, because all of a sudden it would not let us place an online order. (Now we know it was because they had shut down all online ordering) While we were sitting the girl had went and locked all entrances, and at that point we felt pushed out so we decided to go somewhere else for dinner.
While we were sitting in the car they had shut off all the lights and closed the restaurant an hour early!! No explanation or communication. If we had known they were shutting down the restaurant early that night, we wouldn’t have even wasted time trying to sit there and figure out the online ordering. All it took as a little communication and we wouldn’t have been NEARLY as frustrated as we were.
Extremely rude, unprofessional, unapologetic and disrespectful staff I have ever come across in last 16 years of living in Flower Mound. Worst experience I ever had interns of service and the language used. Wish there was an option for negative stars. Even after an hour, order was not ready.. explanation delivered at wrong place. Placed order again.. after half an hour when we went there, they had not even started to make the pizza and when we tried to cancel as it was over one hour forty five minutes, suddenly the staff member starts to scream on us as if it was our mistake. Not sure where they get these bunch of brain deads to deal with customers
We had a very bad experience with Pizza Hut at flower mound location today. They messed up my order and when I went there they were screaming at me . This is no way anyone should behave like this with customer . I ordered the pizza for delivery and they delivered at wrong house . They didn’t even call me to let me know and when I called them that we didn’t receive the pizza and they were like oh we messed up and we are making another one fresh pizza for you, they said it be ready in 20 min. When I reached there they still had not made the pizza so I asked one of the guy to call the person who took my order. The guy just screamed at me and said he is working very loudly. .i was like you guys messed up my order and you have to own it. You don’t yell at me like this .i just asked them to cancel my order. And next I ordered dominoes and pizza was ready in 10 min verses Pizza Hut told me 45 min when I first ordered for delivery. I would never order pizza from Pizza Hut because of bad service . I really felt annoyed today.this pizza was for my kids who were waiting for 1 hour and 20 min and still no pizza was delivered. Does any one want to wait this long when dominoes is doing delivery in 20-30 min always .
Ordered a large pizza for delivery and there was on loud knock at the door. The pizza was on the porch which was wet! The he soda rolling around! The kid walked acros d our lawn and never looked back!
Customer service was atrocious. Contact less delivery should not even be an option for this location until re-staffed and properly trained. Otherwise why still offer it a service at all?
They forgot my soda and said they'd be back....an hour layer...they are 1.2 miles away I call. I was told they'd give me.a credit on my next order.
Well that ain't happening! I'll order somewhere else.
Walked in and was greeted by Erik(manager). Great attitude and great personality. We dined in and he was very courteous. Will be coming back.
I ordered from this location by mistake several days ago. I called immediately to cancel the order before it was even in the oven because I realized I had put the wrong address. After 10 minutes of navigating the automated call system I finally got through to a manager that said it was successfully canceled. However I was never refunded for my order. I reached out multiple times and through several avenues and have not received any response. My money was stolen and I never received any product.
Food was of great quality, quick turn around for pickup, and great experience overall.

we got the worst pizza here last night. It was thin crust. The crust was not crispy. it had what seemed like no cheese. just all in all a disappointment. i felt like having a bubbly cheese, delicious pizza, That is not what we got. Thumbs down to this pizza hut thin crust. It didn't taste awful or anything it just wasn't what one would expect from a pizza.
Love my Pizza Hut and their crispy crust, their is no substitution offered by other pizza franchises.
pizza was undercooked. I picked up 2 medium pizzas on nov 1st, 2023 at around 7pm. i ordered on the app, according to the app there was still 3 minutes left of cooking time. the dude working took them out early to go smoke a cigarette. the crust was too chewy and my family and i felt sick after eating
