Pizza Hut Delivery

Forgot the sauces with our order… but gave us a pizza we didn’t order… one of the bottles of juice had been opened and a big gulp taken out of it! Dominos KDY is the far superior pizza chain restaurant in town.

The customer service at the Mirkcaldy branch is exceptional. They accidentally sent us the wrong pizza, but within 20 minutes of phoning the restaurant we had our correct order plus a free side and a free dessert. We even got a phone call from the branch manager to personally apologise for their error. Brilliant customer service and delicious food! Will definitely order again!

won’t be back , enjoyed pizza from the pizza hut restaurants many times but the pizza we got tonight to take away were nothing like the same , bland and tasteless . def won’t be back , very disappointed

Good addition to Kirkcaldy.

When pizza finally arrived order was wrong disappointing especially as stated reason for no tomato was due to allergies, phoned to complain to arrange redelivery of new one, more waiting.. for it to be wrong again. Half and half originally ordered to receive with all the same topping half and half was ordered due to one person being vegetarian so receiving pizza full of chicken after already messing up first order by putting tomato base, was very annoying but due to length of time had taken to arrive and due to be going out ended up picking of the chicken but was definitely the worse pizza from pizza hut ever had and I love Pizza hut, I only ate two slices out of hunger, usually eat the lot, didnt taste like other huts, the wedges were soggy & undercooked and garlic bread overcooked. Would rather drive to dunfermline for one than order here again unless standards and quality of good significantly improve. Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian options create your own pizza is great to taiilor to what you like when not getting the order wrong and putting chicken all over a half and half created for vegetarian and non vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Specified about allergy to tomato and pizza arrived with tomato

Online order was cancelled after 45 minutes without explanation. While trying to contact restaurant, no answer at all.
