The service is TRASH. I called to place a carry out and the manager was very rude and was talking over me when I told her that I placed an order for delivery and she placed it for carry out. I let her know it was ok. But I’ll order some place where people aren’t letting mishaps get to them in this type of situation. I wasn’t rude or argumentative and I told her I wasn’t going to argue with her and that it was fine. But she kept going on and on being very disrespectful. I’ll be sure to let everyone know not to come to this location. Managers need to be taught proper communication skills and how to have excellent customer service. I used to work in customer service for over 12 years I know how customers can be. I would have restarted an order but the way she was talking like she was nice nasty and over talking me gave that she had an attitude and I don’t have time for managers who don’t know what comes with their job description. The general manager or district manager need to hire someone else who is mature enough for this position.
Tonight I ordered a pick up for my family after work, evidently I placed the order incorrectly on the app, the manager was busy and told me their policy on this situation I wasn’t happy but after realizing I wasn’t trying to be difficult and neither was she, she corrected my order for me this time at no charge. Thank you for great customer service’
Pizza was awful did not have any sauce
Was in Columbus running a quick errand and decided to grab lunch/dinner before heading home. Never tried this location before. Love the pickup window. Prices were clear, up front and accurate. All promotions were clearly and accurately priced. No surprises when checking out, unlike another place (Domino's). Didn't realize how close this location was from the mall, so my order wasn't ready when I got there, but they were extremely polite and my food literally felt like it it just came out of the oven. Would definitely try this location again when in the area. Sorry I don't have your names, but thanks ladies. Keep up the great service!!
Called store stayed on hold 20 minutes after lady said hold on multiple times on 8/15/24.
I called at 5:05 , to place my order, IT TOOK 7 minutes to place my order - because the lady didn’t know what came on a Meat Lovers pizza. 🥹🥹 I was told 15-20 mins on the phone . , I got to the window at 5:10pm , buddy with the goggles said it’s going to be 15-20 mins after cashing me out at 5:13p . I was like COOL. Pulled around to let other cars go in line they were IN AND OUT. I went in waited and the short dark skin lady said it’s going to be a few more minutes . 5:25, 5:35, 5:45 , 5:50, FINALLY I ASKED FOR SOMETHING TO COMPENSATE ME , they gave me breadsticks and finally gave me my food , I get in the car breadsticks BURNT , not to mention one of my meat lovers pizza WAS CRUSTY AND HARD. This was my first time eating at this place , NEVER AGAIN. Wasted my money and time.

Terrible customer service. They said they didn’t deliver to my address when I called to say my order was missing items. They were “too busy to help,” and made me feel like I was wasting their time.
ummm pizza no good and when calling them they kinda moody wgich i get but the pizza is depressing its not good at all just for it to be $20 each u have better luck with little ceaser up the road which is just $8 each with better cheese
