Pizza Hut

I placed my order here and never received it. I ordered at 9:38 pm and my order was suppose to make it 10:18. I called the store to inform them that that driver didn’t make it come with my order. And the person at the store was very rude. I went to the store before closing and told them that the delivery driver still didn’t come with my order and the guy stayed that it was not his problem. Please do not order here. The customer service was horrible.

I Placed an itemized order online that was not followed. I Ordered 2 Large pass Pizzas & a melt. I waited in the store for over an hour for my order that should've been ready by the time I got there. I watched 10 people come in after me and leave. Then the ordered was not prepared how it was itemized and ii vomited the pizza up. Guess it wasn't what my taste buds wanted. I used to love going here, but they've slack. Parking: Be careful, the parking lot is old.

Waited an hour for my pizza. Walked in but the call in orders superceded the walk ins. I will never come here again.

Breadsticks were flat and tasted absolutely awful. We ordered a medium pepperoni and it was only cheese. Also, nothing came cut, which isn’t a huge deal but just was another thing on top of a bad experience.

So sad to see this become a shell of itself. The staff and food still great. The empty establishment is sad. Seems order and pickup is main use.

Great Food! And was delivered right on time!

Reminds of my childhood personal pan pizzas are a lil higher but I can't eat cheese anyway.

Went for dinner,we thought that it was like the old time pizza hut,with full service, salad bar. They do offer dine in,but it's kinda self serve.

I needed to make a change to my order I called 3 times and each time someone picked up the phone and hung up … I will be calling corporate tomorrow to file a official complaint
